Most supermarket honey is ultra-filtered and pasteurised, which kills the delicate live enzymes and floral aromas that make Tasmanian honey famous. Ours never is.
Never heated above 22°C
The honey goes straight from comb to jar. No heat means the natural enzymes and floral compounds reach you fully intact.
Live enzymes & pollen, kept
Unpasteurised and minimally filtered, so the live probiotics and natural pollen stay exactly as the bees made them.
