Our bees forage clover paddocks across northern Tasmania's pristine pastures. We cold-extract every frame — no heat, no fine-filtering, no blending — so the pollen, enzymes and gentle florals reach the jar exactly as the bees made them.

Keep it cool and dark
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There's no need to refrigerate — raw honey keeps beautifully in the pantry.
Setting is proof it's real
Pure, unheated honey naturally sets over time — a sign of quality, not a fault. To return it to liquid, stand the jar in warm water (under 40°C) and stir gently. Never boil or microwave.
