Raw Tasmanian Blackberry Honey – Light & Delicate
Mild, golden and naturally sweet — the everyday jar, cold-extracted by hand and never blended.
Dark, fruity and gently jammy
Rich and dark — as beautiful as it tastes.
Warm, jammy wild-blackberry blossom.
Generous body with a gentle tartness.
Jammy sweetness with a clean, tart edge.
Wild roadside bloom,
deep amber honey
Our bees forage the wild blackberry blossom that sprawls across Tasmania's roadsides, gullies and bushland margins each summer. Raw, unblended and unmistakably fruity.
If you've never tried a fruit-blossom honey, this is the one to start with.

Keep it cool and dark
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There's no need to refrigerate — raw honey keeps beautifully in the pantry.
Setting is proof it's real
Pure, unheated honey naturally sets over time — a sign of quality, not a fault. To return it to liquid, stand the jar in warm water (under 40°C) and stir gently. Never boil or microwave.
