Returns policy

30-day eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened lip balms and skincare cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty.

Return shipping

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Inspection & refund

Once your return arrives we inspect it, then process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear after approval. We will email you either way.
