Pure Tasmanian, never imported.
Read our story →Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There's no need to refrigerate — raw honey keeps beautifully in the pantry.
Pure, unheated honey naturally sets over time — a sign of quality, not a fault. To return it to liquid, stand the jar in warm water (under 40°C) and stir gently. Never boil or microwave.
