Raw Tasmanian Manuka Honey (Jellybush) – Active
Mild, golden and naturally sweet — the everyday jar, cold-extracted by hand and never blended.
Earthy, herbaceous and active
Deep and concentrated — a visual sign of its density.
Earthy native tea-tree, slightly medicinal.
Bold, earthy and deeply satisfying.
Warm and persistent.
Native tea-tree,
raw Tasmanian honey
Our bees forage native Leptospermum (tea tree) blossoms across Tasmania's rugged bushland. Raw and unblended, Manuka carries naturally occurring compounds found in no other honey.
Pure Tasmanian, never imported.

Keep it cool and dark
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There's no need to refrigerate — raw honey keeps beautifully in the pantry.
Setting is proof it's real
Pure, unheated honey naturally sets over time — a sign of quality, not a fault. To return it to liquid, stand the jar in warm water (under 40°C) and stir gently. Never boil or microwave.
