Mild, golden and naturally sweet — the everyday jar, cold-extracted by hand and never blended.
Shifts with each harvest as the forage changes.
Layered garden, wildflower and native-bush blossom.
Many flowers at once — never one dominant note.
Full and warming, a little different every season.
Our bees forage across backyard gardens, wildflowers and native bushland around Port Sorell — hundreds of flower species in a single jar. Cold-extracted and bottled straight from the extractor, never pasteurised or ultra-filtered.
Prized by locals for its diverse pollen — a true taste of the local environment.
Read our story →Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There's no need to refrigerate — raw honey keeps beautifully in the pantry.
Pure, unheated honey naturally sets over time — a sign of quality, not a fault. To return it to liquid, stand the jar in warm water (under 40°C) and stir gently. Never boil or microwave.
