By email, usually within a few minutes of purchase, carrying your message, a unique code and a printable voucher for handing over in person. Send it straight to the recipient, or to yourself if you would rather give it yourself.

The remaining balance stays on the code and can be used on a later order until it runs out. Nothing is lost on a part-spend.

At least three years from the date of purchase, which is the minimum Australian Consumer Law requires — in practice our codes do not expire. The issue date is shown on the voucher.
