The Ideal Honey Super is where your surplus honey is stored. Sitting above the brood box, this shallower 8-frame super gives your colony room to draw comb and cap honey during a flow — and because Ideal-depth frames are lighter when full, they are far easier to lift and extract than deep frames.

Crafted from lightweight, fire-resistant Paulownia hardwood, this super delivers superior natural insulation to help your bees regulate temperature and humidity as they ripen the honey. Built to last season after season in Tasmanian conditions.

Supplied unassembled (flat-pack) so you can assemble and wire the box to suit your own setup.
