Why Beeswax Burns Cleaner

Unlike paraffin candles, which are made from petroleum by-products, beeswax is a completely natural material produced by honeybees. How Our Candles Are Made

Every Frogmouth Ponds candle is hand-poured in small batches at our workshop in Port Sorell, Tasmania. We use only pure beeswax harvested from our own hives — the same hives that produce our cold-extracted honey range. Each candle is fitted with a cotton wick and poured into moulds that we’ve selected for both form and function. Because we control the entire process from hive to finished candle, we can guarantee the quality and purity of every piece.
